Hi! My name is Lynnie, it's really nice to meet you! ✧I'm honestly just someone who's trying to enjoy life by drawing and designing. ♡I am a stay at home mother and wife who works as a freelancing artist currently. I'm happily married and picked up art again when I realized my stress and anxiety levels were beginning to be too much. Art is my way of escaping these stressful times and I don't plan to stop any time soon. ♡Though, due to me being a stay at home mom/wife, real life tends to get busy, so there are times where I may reply or work slow. I also have BPD and Anxiety, which also can affect my work. All I ask is if you're willing to work with me to please be patient, kind, understanding to me. Sometimes text tones can escape me, so if you're able to use emojis or /j /pos /gen & etc, I would GREATLY appreciate it! ✧I also would like to make it clear, I am not someone who likes drama. I quite frankly do not have the time for it and I can't handle it. So if you wish to include me in any kind, please refrain from doing so. Terms Of Service

GENERAL

Please read through the terms carefully.
These terms were last updated 04/25/2025♡ You must be 18 or older to commission me anything that deals with NSFW, even if suggestive. If you are minor and I find out you are and have commissioned me for such work, you'll be blacklisted.♡ IF YOU SUPPORT RACISIM, ABLEISM, BIGOTRY, LGBTQ+ PHOBIA ECT. I WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. EVER. NO IFS, ANDS, OR BUTS! You may never interact with me, thank you.♡ NEVER put my art, or ANYTHING that I do into AI ever. Please respect that I do not wish for my art to be used in such a way. Anything I make is never to be used like that, nor will I allow it to be used for NFTS.♡ I don't mind edits or redesigns of work but please, please, pleaaaase ask me. I may allow it under certain conditions, but if I say- respect it.♡ I have the right to decline any commission inquiry, trade or request with no reason given.♡ I have the right to also cancel a commission anytime if I feel it's best for my mental health.♡ You're not allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove my watermark from my art. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even if it's a paid commission. Credits to me, LilRopeBat and a link going back to one of my socials must be given anytime you post my art. This is to avoid theft. Failure to follow my TOS and breaking any of the rules, you will be automatically blocked and blacklisted. End of.♡ I will NEVER draw: mechs, cultural appropriation, feral nsfw, underage nsfw, suggestive feral, pedophilic anything, incest anything, non-con, rape, torture inflation, vore, gore, needles, self harm, vent commissions, very bloody images, horror, anything against lgbtq+/phobic, WASPS/BEES, transformation.

PAYMENT/GENERAL PROCESS

♡ All commissions must be paid in full UPFRONT. I will not accept half before it is done. Currently I accept USD through Paypal.♡ Payment must be given before I work on ANYTHING. Within 24hrs unless you and I come to agreement.♡ Any changes after the initial sketch phase, will be charged with an extra $5 for each change. Make sure you go over all the fixes beforehand.♡ Unless we discuss a price, you cannot use the art for commercial use.♡ I have the right to refuse a commission, cancel an order if I feel I cannot fulfill it. (Refund will be included with this)♡ Refunds are not given unless it's been four months for a commission, or I feel I cannot complete the commission. If you ever meet this criteria, I will either issue a full refund or a lesser one will be issued depending on how much I finished.♡ Do not rush me. I am a full time stay at home mother, I have kids- I will go at my own pace.♡ Depending on queue and my personal life, commissions can take up to either 1-4 months. I usually don't take this long, but things happen sometimes.♡ Updates will be given to you if there's any delays. Again, I'm a mother- delays may or may not happen. You may ask me for updates though, I do not mind. But please don't ask for them every day. That will stress me out.

ADOPTS/CUSTOM DESIGNS

♡ DO NOT COPY/ GET "INSPIRED"/REFERENCE/STEAL MY OCS/DESIGNS.♡ You CANNOT add any type of TOS to my designs EVER. Under no circumstances will yours or ANYONE ELSE'S terms of service ovveride my own on my work. If you cannot respect this, please do not work with me.♡ Unless you make/get art of a character that I have designed, you are NOT allowed to upsell/trade them for more then put into them/got for them. (Art Trades/free art doesn't count to their value.)♡ All designs must stay one character. Unless you talk to me, please do not make "siblings" or "twin" characters from one. Again, please ask first.♡ How you obtained the character should/will ALWAYS be on toyhouse ownership logs. Do NOT delete my designs from TH ever. A link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given to avoid theft.♡ For Auctions/Bids, I do not allow back outs, so when bidding for my adopts please make sure you have the money before bidding. Only for emergencies will I be understanding. Be responsible.♡ I can do holds but the maximum wait I will allow is 2 weeks with a down payment that shall be discussed with you. This down payment will be non refundable if you back out. You'll also be blacklisted if you back out without an emergency reason.♡ I can also do payment plans, but like above, it will need a down payment and again it will be non refundable.

BLACKLIST

Please under NO circumstances trade/sell my designs/ocs that I have to someone in my blacklist. If I find out that you do, and I will find out- you'll be blacklisted as well. I do not wish harm or any ill will to them, but I do not wish to work with them and do not want them near stuff I create. They are blacklisted for a reason, I am protecting my peace by having them blacklisted. Respect it.Do NOT, and I mean it- do NOT harrass these users. Just because I don't wish them to be in my circle, does not make them horrible people. Do NOT witch hunt them, if I find out that you do- I will place you here as well.

Be advised

1. Please note due to me being a stay at home mom, I charge mostly for my time it takes to do all of these. Due to me being a stay at home mom which means that will ALWAYS come first. Drawing does take time from my family so it's why I charge mainly on this. I state my timeframe in my TOS so please look at that. Please also know that due to being a mom, I cannot finish commissions in a flash.Though, I put love into every piece I am commissioned to do and will always make sure it has the same amount of detail as the one before it.

2. I am an artist that loves artistic freedom, I feel I do my best work when I'm given artistic freedom. Though, I will always make sure you love the product and will change anything you do not like. I also will always make sure I get every detail correctly before I even dare try to finish it.So if you do wish to work with me, please keep this in mind.
